19th April 2009 - We have a very good male abroad in mind for Elkie to be mated to, he has not been used on any UK female's and will provide new breeding lines for us.

8th April 2009  -  At last our web page is back to normal.  You may have seen in the dog press the bad publicity our web page provider "Pick of the Litter" have been receiving over the past fortnight.  They had over 150 web sites on their server, and had to upgrade.  Unfortunately they hit many problems during the upgrade, which resulted in our site being unavailable for nearly 2 weeks.  We have never encountered any problems in our dealings with them and always found them very helpful with any queries we have had. Anyway the good news is we are now back to normal.  We have lots of  news and pictures to add to our site, this will be done over the next couple of days, so keep checking out the News Update.

7th April 2009 -  We went to France and attended and exibited at the Club Show of the Association Francaise des Bouviers Suisses (French Association of the Swiss Breeds). The judging started at 08.30 with five judges and five rings, there was an entry of 311 Bernese and unlike the UK there were very few absent with exhibitors from travelling many hundred's of miles from several countries to arrive at the show. 6th April 2009  -  Happy Birthday Janka - Two today. Janka celebrated her second birthday in France where we had gone for the weekend to the French Bernese Club Show.
